Sergey Ishkov graduated from the P.F. Lesgaft University of Physical Culture and Sport Science in St.Petersburg, Russia. He represented the university when he won the National Championships in the Pommel Horse exercise. Sergey has worked in the world famous SKA (The Sports Army Club) of Leningrad, and for the last 8 years has been the head coach of the Vidalia Gymnastics optional team in Vidalia, GA. Over the years, Sergei has produced over 120 state and national champions and hopes to keep the streak going with Zenit Gymnastics!


Michael Bereznev, also a graduate of P.F. Lesgaft University of Physical Culture and Sport Science has an incredible coaching background in the sport of gymnastics. He has coached at SKA (Sports Army Club) as well as the highly renowned National School of Olympic Trainees, both located in St.Petersburg, Russia. From 1994-1999 Michael coached the Malaysian National Team. In the United States, he has worked for Camden Gymnastics. 


Marina Ishkova From St. Petersburg, Russia, Marina was a former elite level gymnast with numerous awards and a high level of prestige among Soviet athletes. She was an alumnus of the P.F. Lesgaft University of Physical Culture and Sport Science. Upon coming to the U.S., she trained VGC's competitive team for 8 years with strong passion and devotion. Marina's 2008-2009 season finished off with 12 state champions and 15 national champions. She loves coaching gymnastics and hopes to be a positive influence in the lives of the girls she coaching! 



Yulia Bereznev  The daughter of Michael and Elena, Yulia was an AAU and USA gymnastics competitor for over 9 years. She has won state titles in both All-Around and the Floor Exercise in Level 7 and was a Level 8 qualifier to the 2005 Southeastern Regional Championships.
