Gymnastics is a tremendous sport in its own right, but gymnastics also happens to be the best building block for enhanced skill development and participation in any sport for boys. At ZENIT GYMNASTICS we are proud to offer the best competitive boys’ gymnastics team program in Canton, GA. Our training methods allow gymnasts to find JOY in the journey, BALANCE in their lives, and TRIUMPH on the podium. Our workouts are EFFECTIVE and EFFICIENT, and our approach to coaching is based on POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT. We take pride in the caliber of training we offer our gymnasts preparing for competition at the state, regional, and national level. Our team program follows the levels and guidelines set by USA Gymnastics, the governing body of our sport. Our boys program includes:

lEVEL 4These gymnasts work to develop strength, flexibility and skill progression on each of the 6 Men’s Olympic gymnastics events. Level 4 boys practice 9 hours per week and compete at the compulsory level.

LEVEL 5These gymnasts continue to develop gymnastics skills on each Olympic event while continuing to increase strength and flexibility. Level 5 boys practice 9-14 hours per week and compete at the appropriate compulsory level.

LEVEL 6 - 7These gymnasts continue to develop more difficult and complex skills on each Olympic event with an increased focus on strength and flexibility. Level 6-7 gymnasts practice between 20+ hours per week.

OPTIONAL 8 - 10
Our men’s optional teams continue to increase strength, flexibility, as well as an overall kinesthetic awareness and control. Increasingly advanced skills are perfected on each apparatus. These skills are incorporated into unique routines tailored specifically to each individual gymnast. These more advanced gymnasts paractice in excess of 24 hours per week.
As a team member of one of our competitive men's teams, athletes learn goal setting, self-discipline, responsibility and a strong work ethic. Throughout the process of moving through our competitive team programs each gymnast will build strong mental attributes including:
