2016 Team Camp!
MANDATORY for all team, pre-team and GYM Stars members. Sign up sheet is located in the front lobby.
The camps will be held Friday - Sunday with an exhibition on Sunday for parents to see what their gymnast have learned. All gymnast should arrive ready to go in their camp leo or shirt. Please be sure to provide a healthy lunch and snacks for gymnast.
The gymnasts will be learning new routines, new skills, drills, and/or upgrades. Exhibition for parents and ice-cream party for gymnasts on Sunday at 1:30.
GUEST COACHES
We have invited guest coaches to work with our teams.
NUTRITION CLINIC
On Sat. June 4th we will have a Nutritionist to talk with the teams about healthy eating for gymnasts. It is required that at least one parent attend nutrition clinic.

DATES & TIME June 17-19, 2016 9 am - 3 pm (Friday & Sunday) 10 am - 4 pm (Saturday - due to Flippin' 5K) Sat. June 4th Nutrition Clinic.
